A Study of PHS Network Optimization Technology Based on Users' Sensibility

The research topic stems from the author's present work. With the number of the users increasing, the load of the PHS network in part of major cities is approaching saturation point and the users' sensibility is becoming worse and worse. Moreover, taking the strategic investment plan cost accounting into consideration, CTC has decided not to allow large investment in PHS network. Therefore, we must improve the users' sensibility with no or little investment. The paper explores the topic from two aspects--resources analysis regulation and key index optimization. By using some management plan such as analyzing the utilization ratio of the wireless communication resources, analyzing and predicting the bearing capacity of the network, divide different network management class, We exact actualized the managing and controlling of resources. By reconnaissance and researching, we improve the connection-drop-rate in the key areas. In the low efficiency area, we use stretcher to replace PHS Cell Station and scouting the users' sensibility depend on seting up a testing databank. By gain ground these plans in our province, we advanced the users' sensibility of PHS effectually.
