A Study of the Social Responsibility of Chinese Current Internet Grass-root Media

The popularization of Networking has laid the solid material foundation for the rise and development of Internet Grass-root Media. Accompanying this process, Internet Grass-root Media has rapidly expanded in our country. Internet Grass-root has been a kind of new internet media in our country which one shouldn't turn a blind eye. This has turned out the value of Internet Grass-root Media and showed the importance of its social responsibility. As the product of internet, Internet Grass-root Media is alsothe double-edged sword. It has promoted human civilization progress while exerting some negative influence which is bad for social development. The concrete feature is the absence of social responsibility which Internet Grass-root Media takes. In this paper, the meaning and constitution of Internet Grass-root Media are analyzed. Through analysis, I believe that the undertaker of its social responsibility is diverse. Social responsibility of Internet Gross-root Media has its basic contents. And the absence of its social responsibility deviates from the demand which these basic contents have given. Internet Gross-root Media's social responsibility deficiency is the result of the concerted action of inner and outer factors. To govern the social responsibility deficiency of the current Internet Grass-root Media need taketo strengthen the consciousness which Internet Grass-root Media should take up their social responsibilityandto optimize the outer environment which Internet Grass-root Media should take up their social responsibilityas the basic mentality and take many kinds of measures.
