In recent years, the informationization of national tax has developed quickly. What's more, the operation of tax information system has centralized from municipal level to provincial level. All kinds of application systems data have increased rapidly and all have been centralized to provincial tax departments. Therefore, it is becoming increasingly important to ensure the efficient, safe and stable operation of various kinds of tax application systems and the safety of all kinds of data. Just relying on local backup or traditional disk backup technology can not meet the requirements of tax informationization development. Therefore, it is of the utmost importance to every national tax application system to have a disaster recovery backup system.After analyzing the safety problems of various kinds of national tax application systems data, this thesis offered complete protective measures of data using the leading RecoverPoint technology. Combining with the disaster recovery backup system of Gansu provincial tax information system and using the powerful tax private network, this thesis also proposes a way to copy the application data of foregin lands using IP SAN internet storage. Because the developing IP SAN technology are catching up with or even better than the wide used FC SAN storage in several respects such as transmission speed, cost, transmission distance and the compatibility of the existence internet, the IP SAN storage is choosed to store data.Internet transmission is used to copy the data. Though this way's efficiency is slower than which based on storage, it can reduce the requirement of storage of foreign lands disaster recovery center; it can also reduce the pressure of internet and production systems, as well as the requirement of the same brand. And RecoverPoint device is used to distribute some data. Asynchronous replication has reduced Consumption of production system resources greatly and shortenend the long waiting time of users. It not only can ensure data security but also response rapidly. The use of OracleRMAN has sloved the reliance of the third-party tools and reduced the cost of disaster recovery.In the end of this thesis is the summary of the implement of this design plan, the key technologies of the use of the plan and the advantage and disadvantage of the plan, as well as the summary of the application and prospects of the plan.
