This paper introduced brief history of the development of the wavelet transform and analyzed the basic principles of wavelet transform .It gave the realization process of the wavelet transform from the time domain and frequency domain based on the basic principles and discussed several ways of the realization of the wavelet transform.For comparison through these different kinds of methods ,made the network function approximation method as the realization of wavelet transform in this paper. This paper analyzed the basic principles of switched current systematically and gave the basic modules of circuit of switched current..It introduced the direct and indirect design prodecure and gave the design example of switched current filter. It gave the design example and simulation using Pspice in order to validate the practicality of both the practical methods. Finally, it combined the wavelet transform and switched current technology, realized the wavelet transform using switched current technology and gave the simulation results.
